Can I make an email inside a data card a hyperlink to send an email from outlook?

I have a large list of contacts and one of the fields is their email address.  I would like to be able to simply press on that email inside of the gallery card and have it open my Outlook.

I've tried everything but it would seem that it either cannot be done or I'm missing something.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes, I would suggest rather than a hyperlink to use an email icon or other "button-like" control to separate the action for the user.

You can do any one of the following:

1) Use an icon and set it's OnSelect action to: Launch("mailto:" & theFieldThatContainsTheEmail)

2) If your email is displayed in a Label, then set the OnSelect action of the label to the same formula as above.

There are other options, but one of the above should do well for you.

I hope this is helpful for you.

Yes, you can change the Launch text to "tel:" & theNumberYouWant

This will work on mobile devices.

Thank you so much.

Follow up, do you know if there is a launch for using the phone number in a card to open the phone to dial?

Thank you again!
