Can not add new data source

I have been trying to add a new data source and I am unable to select anything.  In the first photo you can see that office 365 is the only available option but is only half visible. In the second photo you can see no options listed and I can not even search anything. I have no idea how to fix this.

Thank you so much for your response, I am going to try another browser however I noticed my version of chrome is 69.0 while the current version is 79.0. Updates are disabled by my administrator. Do you think this discrepancy could be causing the issue?

You were right! Thanks for the help. It must be that Google chrome wasn't updated
