Hey all
I have my client apps from office (word, oneNote, ...) in english and my browser is in English but I can't seem to find how to change my language so that my Office365 Cloud is in English, I don't see it in the portal nowhere ...

What Browser are you using?
PowerApps should adapt to the locale of your operating system and Browser. Assuming you have Windows 10 here's how you can check your locale setting.

Wow was not aware of this setting
However, changing it to english and restarting didn't help ... It says it is English though.
My browser is in English but I can see thatmy office365 portal page and all "tools" started from there are still in Dutch.
I can see that I can't change my windows language, I can add languages but i can't set them as default...
I tried installing the english-US language pack for office but still no change ...
Any other suggestion?

Firefox, well Ill be damned, trying it in Chrome (also in english) works ...

In terms of the Office365 Portal language, perhaps you could try changing your language via the settings button from the top navigation bar, as shown in this article.
Thats the thing, I don't have this option available and my "manager" doesn't know where to find/change this option with his admin account ...
Make sure your language preference order in the browser you are using is the one you wanted to be displayed.
Just found out this morning the first was french and it switch the language only in the Power Apps studio to french and switching the delimiter from "," to ";" in the code. While the rest of the UI in other page was in English. Really confusing.
