Can't connect to the service (Sharepoint list)

Hi all,

 

I'm having issues trying to open an app that my team-mates created.

 

When connecting to the service, this error appears:

 

We can't connect to the service you need right now. Check your network connection or try this again later.

 

I'm not sure what could be the problem, since my network connection works fine and I have permissions to access that Sharepoint list. My team-mates can work normally, the issue happens just on me.

 

Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Frankly speaking, I don't think this is the error message that PowerApps would provide.

Usually if there are any errors happened with the services, PowerApps would give a red line at the top of the screen reminding the error messages.

 

Do you have edit permissions for this App?

If not, then it is recommended to contact your team-mates for further assistance.
