Can't import OpenAPI file with 'innerException'

Hi team, If you have similar error, would you please help me to resolve it ?

Let me share problem.

I learned with this Microsoft official document to create custom connector. I imported 2 kinds of OpenAPI files, but always get following error.

  • OpenAPI definition provided by the document
  • My own OpenAPI file generated by ASP.NET Core 3.1 app

Unable to get property 'innerException' of undefined or null reference

Frankly, I think it is related to Power platform internal error, because OpenAPI file doesn't have innerException propery in general and the example file was provided by Microsoft.

FYI: I created new tenant (free trial). In new tenant, I don't have this problem.

We reproduced the same issue with several O365 tenants.
Please note that, from the same O365 tenant, the process is ok if the import OpenApi is done from the Power Automate interface but ko from PowerApps.
It's seems that the problem is due to the region (Power Automate in our tests is in us region, but PowerApps in europe region).
From Flow the url called after import of the Open Api file is :  -> Status 200 Ok
And from PowerApps :  -> Status 403 Ko
