Can't share Power Apps app

Hello all!

I am building an application on Power Apps, and I want to share the app with a user. The problem is, that I can't. Whenever I try to share it with anyone, I get the following error message (attached picture)

The funny part is, that if I even try to remove the Co-owner (Who has already access), I get the same message so I can't remove Him either.

Update:

I created a totally blank app, didnt add a thing. I can't even share that app.

Facing same issue. This has been a problem for long time now and no answer from Microsoft. Please respond!
