Can we consume or create Power BI Report from an entity in Power BI Web service

Able to create Power BI Report from Common Data Service (Entity) in desktop version. Can we consume or create Power BI Report from Common Data Service (Entity) in Power BI Web service?

Yes, you should be able to connect to CDS using PBI web service. Could you please elaborate your requirement.

We have changed the process to make use of SharePoint List instead of CDS.
