Both accounts work on the web and mobile (iOS) versions, but not the Windows Desktop App. I've tried two different accounts (both business accounts) and both will not sign in. It's worth noting that this is my first time trying to sign-in
I open the app, enter my credentials, and receive one-time pass codes for my sign-in. From there, I enter the passcode and the screen goes away and I am back to the home screen. The pop-up window then re-appears and the credential process begins again as I enter my password and one-time passcode.

I've made a similar test and could sign in successfully.
My version is the same as yours.
I suggest you uninstall the app, delete all the cache about it and reinstall the latest version.

This is correct. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop application 4x now and nothing has worked.
