Cannot add my power apps to MS Team!

Hello all, 

I want to add my apps to MS Team for easily access to, but when I press "add to Team" the MS Team alarm that " This app cannot be found". Do you know any potential causes? how can I fix it? I still can use my app on web browser.

I think I will keep it as it is. I'm not a administrator so cannot change policies on Team center.
