Cannot create Canvas App due to authenticate reasons

I attempted several times in creating another blank/template power app however it turns out the need to authenticate (log in) again. After I pressed the button the authenticate option pops up again. I was very confused. 

Accounts: I'm using a school account

Hi @joshualuk ,

Do you mean that your powerapps studio keeps asking for signing in?

This should be these reasons:

1)powerapps studio timeout

(If you do not operate for some time, your powerapps studio will sign out automatically.)

2)your browser does not keep your authentication information

3)disconnect with powerapps

 

So to solve this problem, you need to check these:
1)make sure you are in a good condition of network

2)clear your browser's cache

3)update browser to the latest version

4)try other browsers

5)make sure your browser will not block powerapps

6)timed refresh powerapps

Hi @joshualuk 

With these types of authentication errors the best thing to do is to clear your browsing history and cookies, and try again.

Alternatively, you can try the 'in private' or incognito modes of your browser, or you could try using a different browser to see if the error goes away.
