Cannot create new test environemnt

hello everyone, does anybody know why are users getting ths error message it says "you have reached the limit of 0 test environments.- customers cannot create test environments now, thanks

Hello @Anonymous Is there a way that you can change your test environment from trial to Prod and check again?

@Yeiner  hello I am trying now, is there a environment creation limit that avoids us to create additional sanbox environment?
