Cannot embed powerapp into SharePoint Online

I can't embed a Powerapp into SharePoint Online. It continually says the above (pic):

The Powerapp is:

  1. Shared with Everyone
  2. Created using Powerapps Studio

I've tried:

  1. Different browsers
  2. Adding domains to HTML field security
  3. Asking global admin if the feature is turned off. It isn't
  4. Clearing the cache of each browser
  5. Embedding the app on a page (which is the only option actually)
  6. I have used an iFrame
  7. Adding the domain to trusted zones in IE. Chrome, IE, Edge all display the message.

Any ideas folks!

Do you think you could share the session id with me? If you click the More link, it will show it to you.

What are the licenses you and your users are using for powerapps?

Might be the case you need at least Powerapps plan 1.

Hi @cardinalpipkin,

Please double-check if you have followed the steps in below documenation correctly. Also, test with another app to see if this is app-specific.

Hi All,

I'm not on Plan 1 or 2 so I'm guessing this is the issue? If anyone can confirm that would be great.

If you can open it when not embedded inside sharepoint, then it is not an issue with the plans. If you share the session id (you can find it when you click the More link), I can take a look at our logs and see what the issue is.

Hi Cherie,

Can you help, I've got exactly the same problem and have carried out the same investigations

Hi Nicki

We discovered that I was still attempting to nest it using square brackets....! If you are using them, remove them.

Hope that helps.

So simple! Thank you!

For those searching for answers I had this

<iframe width="98%" height="98%" src=";screenColor=rgba(104,101,171,1)&am...0000000561b9]"></iframe>

Removed the square brackets from the app ID  and its working 🙂
