I work in Microsoft and am unable to log into the PowerApps app. I end up in a 2FA loop where [a] I key in my username/password and then [b] provide my PIN via Authenticator. I am then sent back to [a]. then [b], then [a] again and so on. I can log into the PowerApps online portal using a browser, just not the app
I can log into any other App (Excel, Outlook, etc.) using either a browser or the App
Which type account do you use to connect to PowerApps? Your Personal account or Work account (or school account)?
Have you block PowerApps Web Portal (https://make.powerapps.com/) from your PC Firewall or your Browser? Which Browser do you use on your side? Chrome or Edge?
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in PowreApps again, check if the issue is solved.
Also please consider take a try to sign in PowerApps using other different browsers, then check if the same issue also occurs.
In addition, please also make sure that your PC FireWall and your browser do not block PowerApps Web Portal (https://make.powerapps.com/)
