Cannot set up account

I am trying to start a trial account and keep receiving an error message. Please advise.

@LBrowning are you the administrator? Make sure a Powerapps trial license is assigned to you.

CNT is right, that error came around last week after users were prompted to "Restart their Browser" and the solution was to get the administrator to re-assign trial licenses to some people.
