Cannot submit from Check Icon

Hi guys,

 

I am a newbie. I hope you can help me to solve this.

I created a list on Sharepoint and created this app. However, I cannot save new result and The error appeard.

Hope you guys can help. I am looking forward to your response.

Are you trying to edit an item or add a new item?

 

My guess is that the error shows up because you are trying to add something that already exists in the Sharepoint List and that "Enfore Unique Values" is selected for one or more columns.

If you are trying to add a new items and don't mind duplicates I would disable that. If you are trying to edit existing items in the list, make sure that the 'DefaultMode' property for the Form in PowerApps is set to 'FormMode.Edit'
