Cant access for development

Hi,  I have registered with PowerApp and bought the plan to run a single application.  I receive invoices and paymentes, but I cannot access the development environment.  I would need a contact to get help to resolve this issue. Thanks

Try to go to what do you see there? Also try


Also, are you Office 365 Global Admin or is it someone else? If you are not System Admin for your environment ask your manager to make you that to test it if possible.


Otherwise, you can consider to open support ticket from or ask your global admin to open the ticket to get a contact to work with you from Microsoft.

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Could you please show more details about the "Development Environment" that you mentioned? Do you mean the Developer Environment in PowerApps?


Actually, the Developer Environment is generated when you sign up to Community Plan using your account. If you want to access Development Environment in PowerApps, please consider sign up Community Plan using your account, then a individual Development Environment would be generated.

Note: The individual Environment generated from Community Plan would be marked as "Developer" in your PowerApps.
