I'm using on premise gateway and i want to make some apps for AX 2012.
Thing is that PowerApps wont list all the tables, is there a parameter or something i can set so it will show me all the tables ?
Im afraid so yes.
It’s 4500+ Tables.
I’ve seen others on here with the same problem.
Is there anything I can do on my end to get it to work?
It would be awesome to be able to build PowerApps for AX.
There should be workaround, please take a try to rename the table, PowerApps would query the table in alphabetical order.
Besides, @AndyPennell, it would be much appreciated ( with your help if convenient) if the proper team could be notified to add the table querying limits (2800) under the document, better with other limits, such as control usage, Number of DataSource could be added and the other aspects
@v-micsh-msftexcellent suggestions, and in most cases that will probably work.
But in my case it's a ERP system database so i'm not comfortable renaming anything.
It would how ever be possible to make a mirror of the tables i need in a new db and use those........
I guess i have to crack open that MSSQL book and see if i can find a workaround.
@v-micsh-msft thanks again for giving me a new angle to solve this!
