Canvas App : Changed data type of column in sql server database and refreshed the datasource in PowerApps .Dont see the change in PowerApps

I have few data cards on form which are of date-time data type .I created a canvas app that connects to these date-time data type fields in table .

Even I change the datatype of these datetime fields to date in database ,refreshing data source(table) in PowerApps, I don’t see the value of date time data card  changed to date .

Hi @Prakash

When you modify a data source, the cards on the form won't automatically change to reflect changes in the data types of fields.

You'll need to remove the card and to re-add it if you need an auto generated card that includes the time entry fields.

Also, it's worth noting that when you change the schema of a SQL table, it can sometimes take a while for PowerApps to recognise the change. Therefore, if this doesn't work immediately, I would recommend waiting for a bit before trying again.
