Canvas App Controls all Removed

A Canvas app that we had been building for many months now has decided to completely break, in terms of there now not being any controls at all, except a blank screen. Also, this is the case with 3 other apps on the same tenancy. See image below:




This is a critical error for us. Has there been a new update which may be causing this? If anyone has came across this error before, please get in touch.

Below is what I would suggest:


-Is it all apps or just one?
-Go to File > Open and try to open the app.  Does this work?  If so this could be a temp workaround.
-Try from a different PC in case it's a browser or device issue.
-Try disconnecting from VPN in case it's a network issue.
-Export the msapp and try to open in your own environment to see if it's a problem with the app.
- Try changing the authoring version and check if that helps.
If above does not help resolving the issue, please open a Support Ticket with Microsoft to get this investigated further:
