Someone else, if I am incorrect, feel free to correct me. I am pretty sure the dropdown control is limited to the columns of the source as a display. The VALUE variable on the control is what determines the displayed list, and that to my knowledge cannot be customized, only chosen form a predetermined drop down list that generates based on the source.

You could concat/concatenate the source data every time on change to store a second version of itself in a collection and then have the drop down list reference the alternate version instead. After the user selects something another code would then have to split the result and use that to search for appropriate record with a filter of original data source.

Although a dropdown control only shows one field in its window, all the fields in the record chosen can be accessed. You can show them in labels referencing the dropdown with a text property Dropdown1.Selected.yourfieldname to show other fields selected in the record.  You could even put a concatenated tooltip on the dropdown if you didn't want to use real estate on your screen.
