Card/dropdown Visability

Greetings-

I have an edit screen with a drop down box.

Due to SPO permissions, when the edit screen loads, some users get the mentioned drop down with no information in it, and that is great!

My problem is-

if there is no information in the Dropdown box, how do I make it not visable on the edit screen?  It looks like crap, a drop down sitting on the screen that most users can do nothing with.

thanks for your time.

Re: Card/dropdown Visability

Hi

Wild guess on your question.

May you try:

- Set Dropdown1.Visible = X  (any variable name will do)

- Screen.OnVisible = If(Dropdown1.Selected.Value="", UpdateContext({X: false}))

Is that what you want?

Hope this helps.

Re: Card/dropdown Visability

That didn't work.

I think the problem is what we are testing for.

I'm pretty sure, there is information in the dropdown, but it's been blocked from view.  So testing for "" comes back as False.

Do you have any other idea what to test for?

Hi

Before posting, I have tested.
May you changed from "" to " " (space).
