Cascading Combo Box value based on another Combo Box value

Just like the title suggest, I am doing a cascading combo box based on another value from combo box .

I have 2 combo box that is People Picker in SharePoint. Please see attach. When the department is selected on top, two of the combo box (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)) and (Approver (GM)) will be filtered based on the department chosen.

When the user changes the combo box (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)) value , it should filter the combo box (Approver (GM)) that is related to the value selected. However, I can't figure how should i do it.

Please help. Smiley Sad

Although i have managed to show the value on (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)) based on the department chosen, and if i don't change the value in (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)), the (Approver (GM)) will be a blank field. However when i changed the value in (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)) , it is able to automatically show the correct filter value in (Approver (GM)).

Although the (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)) value is shown as attached, when i test it using a label field to check the value inside the (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)), for example, "DataCardValue70.Selected.DisplayName" in the text field of the label, it shows blank .

Please advise how should i make the (Approver (HOD/Unit Head)) value shown?

Hi @Anonymous,

Did you add an Office365 Users connection to filter the person and group field in SharePoint list? Please share more related formulas for better understanding. Also, in your screenshot, it seems that you have 2 duplicated Approver (HOD/Unit Head) fields, please explain about this.
