Cascading Dropdowns from multiple datasources

Hi,

Hope someone can point me in the right direction here as can't quite figure it out though I'm sure is really simple!

I have an app screen that is using two forms, each connected to a different collection - Lets say Form1 is connected to Collection1 and Form2 to Collection2.

I want to be able to filter the dropdown options within a field in Form2 (colour) based on the selection in another dropdown field in Form1 (size). The relationship of this data is stored in Collection2 with many sizes to a single colour.

Just cant get this right and have tried so many different ways...

Thanks,

Mike

Please supply a sample of your data and a specific example how you would like the dropdown to cascade.

@mdevaney

Hi, thanks for your response - please see attached files.

Now I look at the collection data I am thinking the reason I am having trouble is because the column I want to reference in screenshot 'SS3' is a 'Record' - is this why?

These collections are collecting data from lists with multiple lookup fields...

Thanks,

Mike
