Re: Change Approver

Hi @Big_S

Having a list gives you more flexibility. However this what you are looking for:

Set the Text property of the label to :

If(
    Value(TextInput1.Text) >= 500000,
    "Approver 3",
    If(
        Value(TextInput1.Text) >= 300000,
        "Approver 2",
        "Approver 1"
    )
)

Re: Change Approver

Hi @Big_S

Do you have a approver list along with amount in sharepoint. If so, based on the amount entered you can get the list and populate dropdown/combobox.

On change of the TextInput control

ClearCollect(collApprovers, Filter('Approver List,
Amount>= Value(TextInput1.Text), Amount <= Value(TextInput1.Text) ))

Set the Items property of combobox to collapprovers. You might have more than 1 approvers for a given range.

Thanks.

Re: Change Approver

Hi @shailendra74 ,
I don't have amount list in SQL, I have default approvers and amount like
If lesser than or equal to 100,00.00 Approver 1
If greater than 300,00.00 Approver 2
If greater than 500,00.00 Approver 3
Can this execute on If statement?

@shailendra74
I got your point on creating a list of approvers and their amounts on my data source

Re: Change Approver

@shailendra74
I have default names for Approver 1,2 and 3 that's why I'm trying to execute the If else statement can this be done?
