What ways are there to change the owner of an app, ways that aren't powershell at least. I was under the assumption I could submit a support ticket but have not seen anyway to do this. The person who owns the app I'm working on has left the company and we want to change the owner to an active email
An easy way is to create another app, and using the Power Apps for Admins connector.
It has a function for setting the Owner of a specified Canvas app.

Hi @marovisys,
Have you solved your problem?
Do you want to change the owner of the app?
Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
You can make other users as contributors which would allow them to edit the app, however currently we do not expose the ability to change the ownership in the UI
If that is something that you require, you can open a Support ticket with our team and we can help change ownership,

Or, download the Connector Browser Tool and uploaded it into environment and that also lets you execute the PowerApps Admin connector functions.

I've been trying for days to submit a support ticket to change our app owner and I continually get "there was an error submitting your support ticket. Please try again later." Need help but I'm roadblocked 😞
The first Microsoft-sponsored Power Platform Conference is coming in September. 100+ speakers, 150+ sessions, and what's new and next for Power Platform.
This training provides practical hands-on experience in creating Power Apps solutions in a full-day of instructor-led App creation workshop.
