Change SharePoint datasource site.

Hi,

The user has a lot of SharePoint site collection (one per country(like 30)), but has the same list in each site collection.(all sites are in the same tennant)

The App was developed on powerapp has a datasource to this sharepoint list for a specific country, it is possible to change the connection inside the app? like saving the country in the user settings, and deppending in this settings of the current user change the site datasource?

Essentially you are talking about changing the Connector settings at runtime.  Since the connector is configured upon creation to use a specific OAuth connection to a specific site I don't think its possible to change this dynamically at runtime.
