Change Title and body of Approval email

Hi, I'd like to ask about if I can change email format for Approval:

1. Can I change or remove data in red squares?

2. Can I change sender email to my own?

Re: Change Title and body of Approval email

Hi @mikhail_matveev ,

For your first question, do you want to custom the text within the block marked as Red?

If you want to custom the text within the Red squares,  I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in MS Flow. The Text within the red squares is generated from Microsoft Flow system, we could not custom the text within the red squares.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Microsoft Flow Ideas Forum:

For your second question, do you want to change the Sender of the Approval Email to yourself? If you want to change the Sender of the Approval Email to yourself, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs.

The Approval Email is sent from Microsoft Flow <maccount@microsoft.com>, currently, we could not change the Sender of the Approval email (sent via "Approval" action in MS Flow).

As an alternative solution, if you want to change the Sender of the Approval Email to yourself, I think the "Send email with options" action of Office 365 Outlook connector could achieve your needs:8.JPG

Please check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:

Re: Change Title and body of Approval email

Both of those things are hard coded and can not be changed in the current version of the Approvals actions.

Re: Change Title and body of Approval email

How did you include the hyperlink "Document for Approval" in the Item field in the approval body contents?

Thanks.
