Change collection depending on if

Hello,

Why this function doesn't work:

If((colMyTaskList=0),ClearCollect(colMyTaskList,1))
or
If(colMyTaskList=0,ClearCollect(colMyTaskList,1))

I want to verify whether colMyTaskList has 0 records and if yes then set it to one records.

Invalid argument type.

Try:

If(CountRows(colMyTaskList) > 0,ClearCollect(colMyTaskList,1))
