Change field on Sharepoint list to YES on button press

Hi All!

Firstly  "thank you to anyone who helps".

So I am trying to add a button that will set a field against a sharpoint record to True when pressed. The field is set to Yes/No type.

I hope this all makes sense.

Cheers

Re: Change field on Sharepoint list to YES on button press

Hi @mrjrobinson ,

Since your data type is yes/no, you need try this formula:

Patch(listname,the item that you want to edit,{fielname:true})

Please replase the red part with the item that you want to edit.

Button -> Property -> Onselect -> Patch(YourList,Defaults(YourList), { YourColumn: "Yes" })

I think that must be work.

Re: Change field on Sharepoint list to YES on button press

Can you change your Column in SP to 'Single Line of Text' and then refresh your SP list in Powerapps , then it must be work. And dont forgot, the column 'Title' cannot be blank.
