If you go to the advanced tab for the form and unlock the form you can click on the individual title for each card and change the Text value to change the display name.

Hi @Pstork1

Thank you for the quick reply, I followed your steps, but when I click on the form and then advance (please find attached screenshot), I didn't find an option to unlock.

so what I did is that I went directly to the Datacard field display name and unlock it, which is working!

my question is: did I miss an important step here? since I couldn't unlock the form as you mentioned? or things should be fine?

again thanks a lot for your help!!

Sorry, I mistyped.  You click on the datacard in the form that you want to edit and unlock it.  Then you can make changes to the specific properties of those components that make up the datacard.  You did it correctly.

OK - I'm having the same issue with needing to change the SharePoint list field name to something more easily understood.  I've unlocked the form, unlocked the field on the data card and have placed the text in the "Text" field.  When I do this, I get a formula error.

@markhooten for your example you'd need to use "Better Name Here". This would then show the text within the quotes in your specified box.
