Changing the licences from a PowerApps P2 to PowerApps for Office 365

Hi

The IT team within the company I work are about to disable all P2 Trial licences and replace them with PowerApps office 365 licences. I am worried what will stop working when this happens.

I am assming CDS access will stop working, for both PowerApps and Flow and hence Approvals (which needs CDS to work) will also stop working.

I am assuming that Model Driven Applications will stop working.

I am also assuming that Import and Export of PowerApps will stop working.

Is there anything else which will stop working (eg PowerShell for PowerApps) ?

Regards

Nigel

Re: Changing the licences from a PowerApps P2 to PowerApps for Office 365

Hi @NigelP,

As you mentioned, CDS access, Model Driven, and import and export of PowerApps will stop working.

Besides, PowerShell is a preview connector which requires a paid PowerApps Plan2 license or a PowerApps Plan 2 trial license, so it will stop working as well.

Here is the doc for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/administrator/powerapps-powershell

Further, you could get more details about supported features at here:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

Best regards,

Mabel
