Changing visibility of a datacard resets user's position within a form

I have a dropdown in a form that is connected to a sharepoint list, specifically a text column.

If a user makes a specific selection within the dropdown, a new field appears under it.

I do this by changing the Visible property of the datacard to: If(DataCardValue6.Selected.Result = "Choice", true, false)

This has worked fine until recently. When a user selects "Choice" it resets their position to the top of the form, and then makes the data card visible, so they have to scroll down and find their position again. This does not happen in preview mode.

Very annoying, what am I doing wrong?
