all my chart text texts get cut off.I tried all the properties; however, it doesn't seem to be working for me. Anyone knows how to fix it? Appreciate the help.

Unfortunately, there is no way to specifically size that region of the chart so that it does not cut off.
The only options you have are to resize the entire chart so that the region becomes large enough to show it all, or to adjust the Size property of the chart to a smaller number - which will reduce the font size of the text.
I hope this is informative for you.

Very few options to play with in the chart control
Option 1 - Increase height of chart control until all the labels fit in (make sure label texts are not too long else the height wont be able to fit in your screen size)
Option 2 - try changing the XLabelAngle property to see if a different angle works better
Option 3 - Change the size property of the chart to see if your labels fit it
