Check items in Gallery

I Have a Gallery for which items are added from the combo box. Screenshot attached.

My question is, every time I add a item(Multiple Items) from the combo box, how can I make a check on all selected items if they are already exists in the gallery.

Thank you for the documents shared.

But I couldn't really get an idea on how to check multiple values on the gallery items.
