Checkboxes in gallery/collection all need to be selected before a submit button becomes visible on screen.

In my app, I am having a user input barcodes. On the next screen (the one pictured below), they have to verify via a checkbox that they have removed the barcodes from a container. They need to select these one at a time.

However, below you can see that even if you just select one, the button becomes visible. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. I cannot seem to figure out each checkbox's individual identifier.

Re: Checkboxes in gallery/collection all need to be selected before a submit button becomes visible on screen.

can you try this:

1. Add an onselct to the checkbox to add an identifier for the specific gallery item to a collection (eg: thisItem.id)

2. Set the Visible property of the dispose button to only be true if the collection's length/count = 1

i think this should work 🙂

Re: Checkboxes in gallery/collection all need to be selected before a submit button becomes visible on screen.

If you don't want it to be visible after check:
Select the Checkbox then in the Visible property put this formula:
If(CheckBoxName.Value=true,false,true)
I will recommend you disable instead of Making it not visible: In this case put the formula on Displaymode property as
If(CheckBoxName.Value=true,Disable,Edit)
