ClearCollect briefly doubles the totals after clicking the "Back" button

Hi Team - I've setup a ClearCollect on "Visible" property of my screen.

I've connected different galleries (with different totals) to the collection. When I navigate away from the screen, and return back to my screen, the collection doubles the totals for a brief second and then it returns to normal. 

Is there a way around this where after navigating a way and returning back to the page my totals stay intact and do not change?

Maybe run a timer OnVisible of the screen and then the ClearCollect OnTimerEnd
