In my OnStart I do: ClearCollect(Events, TestEvent) with TestEvent a SharePoint list
But when I do the same operation on Events and TestEvents I get different results, for example:
In a label the formula First(Filter(TestEvent, gID = ID)).Title Gives the correct Title while
First(Filter(Events, gID = ID)).Title returns "".
Also when trying to display Single Line of Text fields from TestEvent I have no problem, while the same field in Event I get the error that the field doesn't contain Text.
Am I doing something wrong here?
Go to Solution.
If you are testing this in the studio, it might not run the OnStart event . (You can also confirm if the Collections tab under File has any content in the Events Collection)
You will have to save, close and then re-open the app for the OnStart event to run.
Hope this helps.

It was on the web, but the 3rd time restarting the app finally fixed it.
