Collect and addcolumns if a dropdown value is equal to "No"

Hi,

I have created a canvas app that is to be completely offline and using sharepoint as the datasource to patch too and collect from

In this app is a bunch of questions that a user uses a dropdown to select yes or no and at the end of the questions if they have selected no for any items when they have pressed the OnSubmit button i wish for a collection to be made and each row will have

a column ill call "GalImageType" with the name of item that has the answer "No"

and three other blank columns ill call "GalImageURL", "GalImageDetails" and "GalImage"

I know this code is wrong and its probably something to do with addcolumns however its where my thoughts are currently at do i do something like this but for each dropdown?

ClearCollect(
    colPrestartImageInspection,
    If(copybrakes.Selected.Value = "Non Compliant",
    {GalImageType: "Brakes","GalImageDetails: "","GalImageURL:"",GalImage:"");

Could someone help me write this code? as i cant figure it out.

Thankyou

@ShaneITAutomate You could try with something like this:

ClearCollect(
    colPrestartImageInspection,
    If(
        copybrakes.Selected.Value = "Non Compliant",
        {
            GalImageType: "Brakes",
            GalImageDetails: "",
            GalImageURL:"",
            GalImage:""
        }
    )
)
