Collect data from Listbox to Sharepoint List

Hi,

I have a list box with multiple selections but I have a problem with collecting all the selections when I "patch" it to my Sharepoint list through a "sent" button. When I select 2 or more in my list box then I only get 1 selection in my list in Sharepoint.

My OnSelect property of the "Sent" button is:

Patch('List', Defaults'List'), {Meetings: Listbox1.Selected.Value}); Navigate(Done)

Thank you 🙂

Re: Collect data from Listbox to Sharepoint List

Hey @seryil , adding to @RusselThomas  if this is a choice type column: update the expression as:

Patch('List', Defaults'List'), {Meetings: Listbox1.SelectedItems.Value}); Navigate(Done)

Hope this Helps!

Re: Collect data from Listbox to Sharepoint List

Hi @seryil ,

ListBox1.Selected.Value is the last selected item in a listbox.

For all the items, use ListBox1.SelectedItems.Value - which is a Table - so to put it into a single field string, use Concat() with a separator;

Patch('List', Defaults('List'), {Meetings: Concat(ListBox1.SelectedItems, "Value", ";")}); Navigate(Done)

Hope this helps,

RT
