Collect multiple values of other Collection

Hi All!

 

I need Collect a new colection with all values of other collection.

 

Colection 1: ColCriteria

IDDESCRIPTION
1Descr1
2Descr2
3Descr3

 

Colection 2: ColDetails

I need create a collection to use into a gallery. The user will complete the Comments and Value fields.

 

CRITERIACOMMENTVALUE
Descr1  
Descr2  
Descr3  

 

I try with this formula, but generate a table into in CRITERIA field.

 

ClearCollect(ColDetails;
{
CRITERIA: ColCriteria.DESCRIPTION;

COMMENT: "";

VALUE:""

});;

Hi @gabrielv22  - you currently are trying the below to collect three fields:

  • colCriteria.DESCRIPTION but renamed to CRITERIA
  • Two new blank fields, COMMENT and VALUE
ClearCollect(
   ColDetails;
   {
   CRITERIA: ColCriteria.DESCRIPTION;
   COMMENT: "";
   VALUE:""
   }
);;

Try this using AddColumns, ShowColumns and RenameColumns

ClearCollect(
   colDetails,
   AddColumns(
      RenameColumns(
         ShowColumns(
            colCriteria,
            "DESCRIPTION"
         ),
         "DESCRIPTION",
         "CRITERIA"
      ),
      "COMMENT",
      "",
      "VALUE",
      ""
   )
)
