Collect suddenly not working in Power Apps for Windows

Hi, highly critical issue has arisen:

As of today (March 11 2022) my app is hanging while trying to run any ClearCollect operations (located within the OnStart environment) from a SharePoint list (300 approx items). This has randomly stopped working. The function works fine when the app is launched in a browser but suddenly not in Power Apps for Windows.

Use of Power Apps for Windows is an absolute necessity in my business to enable offline functionality on a laptop.

Any ideas why the collect / clearcollect function has suddenly stopped collecting items?

Thanks.

Hi just an update to this, seems like the issue is being caused by icons failing to load in the power apps client, not a failure to collect from SharePoint. This is covered in a separate post.

@jp206

Does it work if you add it to the OnVisible property of the first screen instead of in the OnStart of the app?
