Re: Color depending on whether I approve or reject in powerapps gallery

@DavidGarcia1

If it is the entire row that you want to color differently, then consider looking at the TemplateFill property of the gallery.

In there you can put a formula similar to this (alter for your data):

If(ThisItem.Estatus="Approved", Green, White)

This will make the row green if Approved and White if not.

If the Estatus column is a choice column (and not a text column), then you might need to alter your formula above to this:

If(ThisItem.Estatus.Value="Approved", Green, White)

I hope this is helpful for you.

Is that what you were looking for, or something similar to that?

Gotcha!  I wasn't clear in your original question which you wanted to change the color on, so I went with the one I hear the most request for...

Glad it at least helped you get to the Color property of that label.

Re: Color depending on whether I approve or reject in powerapps gallery

Are you using the "content approval status" in sharepoint list and then showing in Powerapps?

How do you get the rejected one to show? 😮 I cannot display the rejected, but only pending and approved
