Combine Lists in PowerApps/ SharePoint, but keeping them separate.


Is there anyway I can combine two lists/tables in to the one. Please see attached image for a better explanation. 

I want to combine the data from 'Health Questionnaire' and 'Information Sheet' into one table but keeping the individual lists on SharePoint. Is there a flow I can create or anything like that? It's kind of a PowerApps/SharePoint Question.

You could certainly do it in Flow.  I'm presuming there is a 1-to-1 correspondence between these two lists based on your description.  You could do a GetItems on the Health Information and then do an apply to each which does a GetItems on the Information Sheet with an ODATA filter looking for the matching record for the individual.  Once found then you could do a CreateItem to a new list which writes out the combined data you want from both lists.  Your original lists would remain unaltered.

Thank you for your response, most helpful. 

So as mentioned, I will try and explain it a little better. 

What I am trying to do is combine the two tables in SharePoint/PowerApps as per the image.

The two tables you can see on the image I want to combine, I am creating this application for a company and I was wanting to streamline the app. 

One table has information regarding health questions and the other is relating to training.

On my app the user has to carry out the following:


- App loads 

- Directed to a camera screen 

- Takes photo 

- Then navigates to a 'Training Information' screen

- Submits information, saves to SharePoint

- Then navigates to a 'Health Questionnaire' screen 

- Submits information, saves to SharePoint


The data for both tables are stored on two seperate SharePoint locations. Once I have created the final version of the Application it will need to go to the client, for ease of access and data collection I am trying to combine the two tables as mentioned.
