Combo Box Display Fields Issues: From Different Table? Display More Than 2 Fields? Field Not Display When Using Sort Distinct Filer Formula?

Hi all,

Have anyone experienced these on Combo Box Display Fields?
1) Primary Display Field from Table A, Secondary Display Field from Table B

2) Display more than two display fields

3) When the Item Property is using Distinct(maybe Sort too) with Filter formula, it only can show one Display Fields, it can't show one more display field.

For Eg, Sort(Distinct(Filter(TableA, Code1 = ComboBox.Selected.Code), Description),Result,Ascending)

The Display Fields written as ["Result","ShortID"]. It only show Description in the selections.

Appreciate on your guidances and advises.

Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm afraid not. The Distinct function evaluates a formula across each record of a table and returns a one-column table of the results with duplicate values removed. The name of the column is Result.

Hi @Anonymous ,

This is because that in Distinct function, you have used the syntax "Distinct(Table,ColumnName)", so this formula would only return the table with one Description column.
