Combo box in Power Apps for Teams behaves differently than in Power Apps studio

When I add a combo box to my Power App created in Teams (not studio), the control behaves differently from the combo box in Power Apps studio.

For example, adding ["A", "B", "C"] as Items to a combo box in studio, results in the expected dropdown list of

A

B

C

Doing the same in PowerApps for Teams, results in

0

1

2

Why does PowerApps for Teams show the index numbers of the items? How can I show the actual values? I am surprised it would show index numbers because I thought [] is not an array but a non-indexable one-column table. Since the combo box is a very standard and well-used control, I am sure someone else has noticed this and solved it? Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi @Sakura ,

In Power Apps for Teams, you need to define the display field in Edit fields:

It is a Fluent UI Control in Power Apps for Teams. If you would like to use classic controls, you could go to settings -> Advanced settings -> Experimental features and turn on the classic controls toggle.

Hope this helps.
