I'm developing an app where I'm pulling Department and User Names from O365. I have it setup to populate comboboxes with the O365 list which works fine. I populate the form from a gallery. The issue is when I select a gallery item every other field populates properly but the 3 comboboxes remain blank. I have tries ThisItem, Parent.Default, Lookups and have not had any luck getting the existing data in. Can someone guide me in the right direction?

Can you please try in the DefaultSelected Item property of combo box
So where ever you are populating the gallery from. You can use that column and assign the thisitem.FieldName as its default
in my example below my field name is Full Name hence i am using that variable
Thanks for the quick replies. Below is the rough app. The Combo Boxes in question are "Department", "Assigned To" and "Initiated By"
In this shot I'm in Edit mode and it pulls the list of O365 Departments but it does not return the value selected in the Gallery
Let me know if this helps or if I need to provide more.
Best thing to do is filter the collection in your "items" property with your search term. Is the department ID returned in your Gallery? If so, In your DefaultSelected property try something like:
Filter(Office365Users.SearchUser().Department, Department = Gallery_Issues.Selected.DepartmentID)
