I have a SharePoint list which contains a lookup to another list.
List A: Contracts w field called Partners (Lookup to list B)
List B: Partners
I have a custom PowerApp on List A:
- Partners (ComboBox) items = AvaiablePartners
AvailablePartners is a collection I create when the form loads:

StatusValues = "Active", !IsBlank('E-Mail')
This all works fine, however when I open the form in view or edit more. The combobox does not recognize that users have already been selected.
For example. I create a new item and select User 1, 2 and 3.
I open the same item in edit.
User 1, 2, 3 are shown as being selected but the combo box doesn't highlight the selected users. So I can select them again and it will look like this: User 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3.
