Combobox getting frozen on IOS and Iphone

Hi,

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

We have added Combobox on gallery.

While using the mobile app on Android and on Browser it is working fine, but in IOS/Iphone app while we click on combobox it is getting blacked out and hung.

Please suggest.

I am not able to reproduce this issue would you mind checking this on another mobile or any other device, because it is working flawlessly on my mobile.

If that works please refresh the cache on your IOS mobile with the below:
https://refreshyourcache.com/en/safari-mobile/

It is happening in case of old IOS versions, not on Android or browser.

Hm.... then we might have to ask the user to upgrade the OS or you need to log a ticket with Microsoft with the below link:
