Combobox not pulling all entries in SP List

Hello all,

I have a dev SP site and a production SP site, I have a combobox that is looking up in another (third SP Site) which holds customer names , now on the Dev site , with the same formulas , the list shows all of the items. However , on the production site , the customized SP form shows most of the customer names , but not all , quite a few are missing.

Below are the formulas I have  in both datacards and combobox properties:

Items:

ForAll(Sharepointlist2,
{Id: ID,
Value: 'Customer Name'
}
)

DefaulSelectedItems:

With(LookUp(SharepointList2,'Customer Name' = Parent.Default),
{
Id: ID,
Value: 'Customer Name'
}
)

Update property on the datacard:

ComboBox2.Selected.Value

Its quite strange how one site shows everything and the other doesn't. I have refreshed the data source and re-added a combobox but the result is the same.

Would appreciate the help, thanks!

Hi @StanP ,

How many records do you have in each of these sharepoint sites? It sounds like a delegation issue. By default, the delegation limit of an app is set to 500. However, you can change this in the editor by going to File>Settings>Advanced Settings and then changing the value under "Data row limit for non-delegable queries". The max you can then set this to is 2000.

If your lists have more than 2000 then let me know and there are some creative workarounds you can implement.

Kind regards,
Matt
