I have been trying the new Component Library in PowerApps. I created a header and have used it in several apps. One of them is rendering the component very oddly. I have included some screen grabs. In both apps the header is listed as 100 pixels high. The "X" in the left corner is 80 pixels high. Clearly the header in the one app is much more that 100 pixels high. The form below the header also reports that it is starting at 100 pixels, even though it is clearly lower than that. It is also pushed to the right by about 150 pixels.
I have tried deleting it and re-adding, closing the app and re-opening, but the problem persists. It is happening on all screens in this app.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Hi @BrianS ,
It sounds like you have the same component in two apps, but they look different in each.
My first thought is to check if you have changed the scaling or aspect ratio settings of either app.
You can find this setting in File > Settings > Screen size + orientation (see screenshot).
Can you check that setting and let us know its values for each app?
They are both set to Tablet, Landscape, 16:9 - 1366 x 768
What are your settings for Scale to fit, Lock aspect ratio, and Lock orientation?
All are turned on for both
Each screen of each app has its own Height and Width property.
Select a screen, check its height and width properties. Are there any that are different?
Both are set the same:
Hi @BrianS ,
Can you submit a ticket for a closer look at the components and apps you made?
